Reference Price

Entity to configure different reference prices, used by countries and SKUs.

How to Create and Edit a Sku Reference Price

From the Reference Data > Reference Price List in the Back Office (BO), a list of all references Prices can be accessed:

To create a new one, select the Reference Price List . Create option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.

The following screen will be displayed:

  • Name: A mandatory field for the descriptive name of the price list.

  • Start date: A mandatory field to set the date from which the price list becomes effective.

  • End date : A mandatory field to set the date on which the price list expires.

  • Country: A mandatory dropdown menu to select the country to which this price list applies.

The following steps should be followed to edit a Reference Price:

  • Reference Data - Reference Price List

  • Select a row and press Reference Price List . View

  • Click on Edit Reference Price List.

Setup After Creation

Single Reference Price

Select a row from the Reference Price List to view its details. Then, click the 'Create Single Reference Price' option in the RELATED TASKS sidebar:

  • Reference Price List: A mandatory field, typically read-only, indicating the parent price list to which this new price belongs.

  • SKU Reference Code: A dropdown menu to select the reference system or category for the SKU.

  • SKU Code: A mandatory dropdown menu to select the specific SKU.

  • Price: A mandatory field to set the numerical price for the selected SKU.

Note: To edit a reference price:

  1. Select a row from the list.

  2. Click on Reference Price . Edit

To delete a reference price:

  1. Select the desired price from the list.

  2. Click on Reference Price . Delete Selection.
