A product is a specific item that belongs to a brand.

This level of the product hierarchy serves to group all related SKUs (Stock Keeping Units)

How to Create and Edit a Product

From the Reference Data > Product List in the Back Office (BO), a list of all products can be accessed.

To create a new one, select the Product. Create option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.

The following screen will be displayed.

• Name: A required text field for the product's name.

• Code: A required text field for the product's unique code.

• Description: A required text area for a detailed description.

• Master: A required dropdown menu to link the product to a brand.

• Countries: A dual-list box used to associate the product with one or more specific countries.

• Active: A checkbox that enables or disables the product. This field is checked by default.

The following steps should be followed to edit a product:

• Reference Data - Product List

• Select a row and press Product. View

• Click on Edit Product
