Configuration

The Configuration section serves as a centralized administrative dashboard for the software system. It provides a comprehensive overview and control panel for an administrator to manage and customize nearly every aspect of the application's functionality.

Functionality is organized into distinct sections to facilitate system setup and maintenance:

  • Thalamus Functional Configuration: This section includes the setup of core functional elements like custom interactions, touchpoints, parental control configurations, and security-related password recovery features.

  • Profile Configuration: This module enables the definition and management of user profile fields, categories, party states, and custom item lists.

  • Users Access: Dedicated to security and permissions, this section allows for the management of user accounts, the creation of user and access groups, and the control of account access through whitelists.

  • System Configuration: This section contains the technical and operational settings for the application itself, as well as communication properties, monitoring the system cache, and configuring logging levels.

  • Tasks: This area is focused on the management of automated and batch processes. It provides tools to configure various imports, notifications, and bulk data updates for operational efficiency.

  • Cases: This module allows for the configuration of case types, statuses, and fields, which is essential for customer service and issue resolution workflows.

  • Others: This section lists miscellaneous configurations that fall outside the main categories, such as settings for courier services, partner data sources, and sales-related limits.

  • Items: This module allows for the definition of item fields, groups, and types, which is essential for managing a product or asset catalog.

  • Turns: This section contains settings for the "Turns" module, which likely manages workflows or processes related to locations and activities.
