Thalamus Back Office

The Back Office is the primary web portal for all structural configuration and system setup. It serves as the central hub for managing campaigns and populating the reference data that appears in various drop-down menus across the platform.

An operator uses this module to create and modify all custom interactions, touchpoints, and communications, as well as the many features of the system.

The Back Office provides comprehensive control over:

  • Touchpoints

  • Profile fields and their properties

  • Custom interactions

  • Item and case types, along with their specific fields

  • Campaigns and activities (including their applicabilities)

  • Activity actions, such as point expenditure, rules, and redeemable items

  • Communications, including their applicabilities, triggers, content, and effectiveness

The Campaign Management section is designed to enable the configuration of both Campaigns and Activities.

The Configuration section serves as a centralized administrative dashboard for the software system

The Reference Data screen is a centralized control panel for managing static information
