The Business Intelligence Home is a centralized module that provides access to key data insights and reporting functionalities. This module allows users to:

• Access Survey Results: Download and export comprehensive survey results for in-depth analysis.

• Party Data Extraction: provides the ability to export comprehensive data related to profiles registered within the system (Person, Physical Location and Company).

• Automated Reports: Generate and access automated reports, which can be configured for on-demand or scheduled delivery.

• Case data extraction: used to export detailed records of all consumer support cases.

• Item Data Extraction: used to export detailed records items managed within the system.

• Tableau Reports: Set up and manage custom reports and dashboards within the integrated Tableau Business Intelligence platform.

• Power BI Reports: Set up and manage custom reports and dashboards within the integrated Power BI platform.
