Exchange Centers

An Exchange Center, in thalamus, is a key physical location (such as a store, branch, or pick-up point) where customers can pick up orders, process returns, or redeem products. The purpose of this page is to register these centers in the system, which r

equires defining their identifying information, an associated image, and their complete address.

How to Create and Edit an Exchange Center

From the Reference Data > Exchange Centers List in the Back Office (BO), a list of all Exchange Centers can be accessed.

To create a new one, select the Create Exchange Center option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.

The following screen will be displayed:

• Name: A text field for the official name of the exchange center.

• Description: A text field for a short description of the center.

• Image: A field to specify the path for an image that represents the exchange center.

• View image (Button): A button to preview the currently uploaded image.

• Address Line 1: A text field for the primary street address.

• Address Line 2: : A textfield for a secondary address line.

• Postal Code: A alphanumeric field for the location's postal code.

• Country: A dropdown menu to select the country where the center is located.

• State/Province: A dropdown menu to select the state or province.

• City: A dropdown menu to select the city.

The following steps should be followed to edit an Exchange Center.

• Select a row and press View Exchange Center

• Click on Edit Exchange Center
