Cities

Within the Geography section, the Cities configuration is located.

This entity provides a more granular level of geographical detail than the Country entity. Each city registered in the system can be linked to a specific province/state and country for improved data organization.

How to Create and Edit a City

From the Reference Data > Cities List in the Back Office (BO), a list of all cities can be accessed:

To create a new one, select the City . Create option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.

The following screen will be displayed:

• Country : A dropdown menu to select the country to which the city belongs.

• Province : A dropdown menu to select the province or state within the chosen country. The options in this list may be dependent on the selected country.

• City : A text field for the name of the new city.

The following steps should be followed to edit a City

• Reference Data - Cities List

• Select a row and press City . View

• Click on Edit City
