Countries
The Geography section contains the settings for the platform's geographical entities, including countries, cities, and exchange centers.
Countries:
The Countries configuration is essential for defining the geographical scope of various features within the system.
Primary Use Cases:
Touchpoint Configuration:
Used to define which countries apply to REST and Call Center touchpoints. Only countries configured in this section will be available for selection in those settings.

Important Note:The touchpoints available for an activity are automatically filtered to show only those that match the brand family and country settings selected for that activity.
