Product Recall Courier

This page is used to create a new Product Recall Courier.

A Product Recall Courier is used to set up product recall functionality for a case.

How to Create and Edit a Product Recall Courier

From the Configuration > Product Recall Courier List in the Back Office (BO), a list of all product recall courier can be accessed.

To create a new one, select the Product Recall Courier . Create option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.

The following screen will be displayed.

  • Email: A mandatory text field for entering the email address of the courier.

  • Active: A checkbox to activate or deactivate the courier.

The following steps should be followed to edit a product recall courier:

  • Configuration - Product Recall Courier List

  • Select a row and press Product Recall Courier . View

  • Click on Product Recall Courier Edit
