This section is used to create a new case operator group. An operator group is a collection of users who share specific permissions and responsibilities within the case module.
How to Create and Edit a Case Operator Group
From the Configuration > Case Operator Group List in the Back Office (BO), a list of all case operator group can be accessed.
To create a new one, select the Case Operator Group . Create option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.
The following screen will be displayed.
Name: A required field for the descriptive name of the new group
Operators: This section uses a dual-list interface to assign members to the group.
