Case Operator Group

This section is used to create a new case operator group. An operator group is a collection of users who share specific permissions and responsibilities within the case module.

How to Create and Edit a Case Operator Group

From the Configuration > Case Operator Group List in the Back Office (BO), a list of all case operator group can be accessed.

To create a new one, select the Case Operator Group . Create option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.

The following screen will be displayed.

• Name: A required field for the descriptive name of the new group

• Operators: This section uses a dual-list interface to assign members to the group.

The following steps should be followed to edit a case operator group.

• Configuration - Case Operator Group List

• Select a row and press Case Operator Group . View

• Click on Case Operator Group Edit
