This section is used to create a new case field group.
A Case Field Group is a collection of case fields. This group is assigned to a specific case type to ensure that all necessary data points are available for that particular type of case
How to Create and Edit a Case Field Group
From the Configuration > Case Field Group List in the Back Office (BO), a list of all case field groups can be accessed.
To create a new one, select the Case Field Group . Create option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.
The following screen will be displayed.
Name: A required field for the descriptive name of the new group.
Active: A checkbox to activate or deactivate the group.
Case Fields: This section uses a dual-list interface to assign case fields to the group.
