This section is used to create a new case resolution type.
From the Configuration > Case Resolution Type List in the Back Office (BO), a list of all case resolution types can be accessed.
To create a new one, select the Create option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.
The following screen will be displayed.
Name: A required field for the descriptive name of the new resolution type
Active: A checkbox to activate or deactivate the resolution type.
The following steps should be followed to edit a case resolution type.
Configuration - Case Status List
Select a row and press View
Click on Case Resolution Type Edit
