This section is used to create a new case applicability

How to Create and Edit a Case Applicability

From the Configuration > Case Applicability List in the Back Office (BO), a list of all case applicabilities can be accessed.

To create a new one, select the Case Applicability . Create option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.

The following screen will be displayed.

  • Name: A required field for the descriptive name of the new applicability rule.

  • Active: A checkbox to activate or deactivate the rule. Only active rules are enforced by the system.

  • Operators: This section uses a dual-list interface to assign individual operators to the rule.

  • Operator Group: This section uses a dual-list interface to assign groups of operators to the rule.

The following steps should be followed to edit a case applicability:

  • Configuration - Case Applicability List

  • Select a row and press Case Applicability . View

  • Click on Case Applicability Edit
