Party States Configuration

The Party States Configuration is used to manage and display the status of user accounts (parties) in the system.

How to Create and Edit a Party State Configuration

From the Configuration > Party State Configuration List in the Back Office (BO), a list of all Party State Configuration can be accessed.

To create a new one, select the Create option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.

The following screen will be displayed.

Selecting a Country the following screen will be displayed:

Name: A text field for the descriptive name of the list.

  • Select Country: A required dropdown menu for selecting the country to which the configuration will apply.

  • Time to move to temporary inactive: A pair of fields for setting the quantity and time unit (e.g., months or years) that must pass before a party is moved to a temporarily inactive status.

  • Time to delete party: A pair of fields for setting the quantity and time unit that must pass before a party is permanently deleted.

  • Daily job calculation activated: A checkbox that enables the daily, automated process for these status changes.

The following steps should be followed to edit a profile field.

  • Configuration - Party State Configuration List

  • Select a row and press View

  • Click on Edit Party State Configuration Entity
