Custom Items

Custom items are a feature used to create and manage personalized lists. These lists are designed to be used as a structured data type within profile fields.

By using custom items, you can define a specific set of options for a given field, such as a drop-down menu

How to Create and Edit a Custom Item

From the Configuration > Custom Items List in the Back Office (BO), a list of all profile fields categories can be accessed.

To create a new one, select the Create Item List option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.

The following screen will be displayed.

  • Name: A text field for the descriptive name of the list.

  • Value: A larger text area to enter the items of the list. Each item should be on a new line

The following steps should be followed to edit a profile field.

  • Configuration - Custom Items List

  • Select a row and press View Items List

  • Click on Edit Custom Items List
