Partner Sale Range Rollback
This is a specialized administrative tool used to revert sales data for a specific partner within a defined date range. This functionality is typically used to correct data entry errors, remove invalid transactions, or manage other data integrity issues by rolling back sales either in general or for a specific product (SKU).
How to Create and View a Partner Sale Range Rollback
From the Configuration > Partner Sale Range Rollback List in the Back Office (BO), a list of all Partner Sale Range Rollbacks can be accessed.

To create a new one, select the Create option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.
The following screen will be displayed:

1. Partner Selection this section is used to find and select the partner whose sales data will be rolled back.
Search by: A mandatory dropdown menu to select the search criterion for finding a partner (e.g., by System ID, Email).
Principal value: A mandatory field to enter the value corresponding to the selected search criterion.
Search partner (Button) : A button to initiate the search for the partner based on the provided criteria.
2. Rollback Criteria this section defines the scope of the sales data to be reverted.
From: A mandatory date picker to set the start date of the sales range to be rolled back.
To: A mandatory date picker to set the end date of the sales range to be rolled back.
SKU: An optional dropdown menu to restrict the rollback to a single product (SKU). If left blank, the rollback applies to all sales for the partner within the date range.

Select a row and press View.
