Password Notifications

This screen is used to manage password notification emails. A default notification is provided, but custom password notifications can be created for various touchpoints

How to Create and Edit a Password Notification

From the Configuration > Password Notification List in the Back Office (BO), a default configuration and list of all configurations can be accessed.

To create a new one, select the Password Notification . Create option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen. The following screen will be displayed.

• From: A text field for the sender's email address.

• Subject: A text field for the email's subject line.

• Active: A checkbox that enables or disables the notification.

• Body: A text area for entering the content of the email message.

• Touchpoints: A dual-list box used to associate the notification with one or more specific touchpoints. Items are moved from the available list on the left to the selected list on the right.

The following steps should be followed to edit an interaction.

• Configuration - Password Notification List

• Select a row and press Password Notification . Edit
