Event

Activity that functions as a centralised platform for managing the entire event workflow. It enables communication campaigns to be carried out targeting attendees and dynamic monitoring of their status, from invitation and acceptance to final attendance.

How to Create and Edit an Event Activity

To create a new one, you must have selected the event activity type. The following screen will appear:

  • Activity Type: A dropdown menu to select the category of the activity.

  • Status: A read-only field that displays the current configuration state of the activity. The default value is "Configuration pending".

1. Generic Activity Information

  • Name: A text input field for the activity's name.

  • Code: A unique identifier for the event.

  • Description: A detailed description of the event.

2. Visibility Period

  • Visible From: The start date and time for the activity's visibility.

  • To: The end date and time for the activity's visibility.

  • Time zone: A dropdown menu to select the time zone that applies to the visibility period.

  • Message: A text input field for the main content or message that will be displayed as part of the activity.

3. Event Configuration

  • When Date: Start date and time of the event.

  • Country: A list of countries where the email configuration will be applied.

  • State: A dropdown menu to select the state or province.

  • Acceptance until: limit date for participants to accept their invitation.

  • Attendance until: limit date for participants to confirm their attendance.

  • With quota: Checkbox to indicate the maximum number of participants that the event can accommodate.

  • Codes required: A checkbox to indicate if a unique code is required for a participant to register.

4. Statistics

This is a read-only section that provides real-time data about the event's registration status.

  • Accepted: Displays the total number of accepted invitations.

  • Remaining quota: Displays the number of available spots left.

  • Used codes: Displays the count of registration codes that have been used.

  • Pending codes: Displays the count of unused registration codes.

  • Attendance: Displays the total number of participants who have confirmed attendance.

5.Invitation Monitoring

This section provides tools to search and filter the list of invited participants.

  • Party status : Search bar to search for participants by name, email , or other key identifiers.

For activities configured with multiple countries, the 'IN' operator for applicability rules will be unavailable. It is necessary to review all applicability rules after saving the configuration.

  • Country: A list of countries where the activity configuration will be applied.

  • Brand Families: A list of brand families for which this template is valid.

  • Touchpoints: A list of touchpoints to which this configuration applies.

To Edit a Event activity, follow these simple steps:

  1. Select the activity you want to edit.

  2. Click "View activity."

  3. On the activity details page, click ‘Edit activity’.
