Communications

The Thalamus platform's Communications feature supports sending messages in multiple formats beyond standard email.

Supported communication channels include:

  • E-mail

  • SMS

  • Push Notifications

  • WhatsApp Messages

  • Other integrated channels

Communications in Thalamus are categorized into two main types: Manual and Automatic.

  1. Manual communications are designed for one-time sending. They can be sent immediately or scheduled for a future date and time after being fully configured.

  2. Automatic communications are designed to be sent on a recurring basis according to a predefined schedule.
