Channels

Depending on the selected channel, different configuration options will be displayed.

Email:

Configuration Shown in the Base Example.

SMS:

• From: A mandatory dropdown menu to select the sender profile or phone number from the configured SMS provider (e.g., SinchSMS).

WhatsApp:

• With minimum cellphone validation level: A mandatory dropdown menu to set the minimum required validation level for a recipient's cellphone number. Only recipients whose cellphone numbers meet or exceed this validation level will be included in the communication.

Ads:

• Ad Connector: A mandatory dropdown menu to select the specific advertising platform connector, such as Facebook Custom Audience.

• Custom Audience: A mandatory dropdown menu to select the specific audience within the ad platform to which the users will be sent.

• Command: A mandatory dropdown menu to select the action to be performed (e.g., add or remove users from the audience).

Push:

• Mobile Apps: A mandatory dropdown menu to select the target mobile application that will receive the push notification.
