Setup after creation

After the communication is created, the following screen is displayed:

Access the initial configuration by selecting a communication and then navigating to Communication . View:

To configure applicability, click the following link.

1. Main Details

This section displays the core configuration details of the communication. Most fields are read-only.

  • Name / Type / Status: Displays the internal name, channel type (e.g., Email), and current configuration status of the communication.

  • Send (Button): A button to manually initiate the sending process for the communication, if applicable.

  • With minimum email/party identity validation level: Displays the configured minimum validation levels required for recipients. An additional note may appear if a specific level is not defined, indicating that a default is being used.

  • Scheduled for: Displays the scheduled send date and time.

2. Communication Stats

This section provides read-only metrics about the communication's performance and audience.

  • People participating / People excluded: The total count of people included in or excluded from the communication's audience.

  • Processed / Sent: The number of communications that have been processed by the system and successfully sent.

  • To send / Failed: The number of communications pending dispatch and the number that failed to send.

  • Opened / At least one click: Engagement metrics showing how many recipients opened the communication and how many clicked at least one link.

3. Testing and Verification

This section provides tools to test the configuration against a specific individual.

  • Search: An input field to search for a specific recipient to test applicability.

  • Check applicability: A checkbox to enable the applicability test function.

  • Test result: A read-only field that displays the outcome of the applicability test for the searched recipient.

  • Communication - Edit: Navigates to the main editing screen for this communication.
