Setup after creation

After the Automatic Communication is created, the following screen is displayed:

Access the initial configuration by selecting a communication and then navigating to Communication . View:

To configure applicability, click the following link.

1. Main Details

This section displays the core configuration and schedule details of the communication. All fields are read-only.

  • Name / Type / Status: Displays the internal name, channel type (e.g., Email), and current configuration status.

  • Next run / Previous run: Displays the date and time of the next scheduled execution and the most recent previous execution.

  • Frequency: Shows the configured frequency for the communication (e.g., IMMEDIATE).

  • With minimum party identity validation level: Displays the configured minimum identity validation level for recipients. An additional note may appear if this is not defined, indicating that a country default is being used.

  • From date / Until date: Displays the overall start and end dates for the communication's activity window.

2. Automatic Communication Stats

This section provides read-only metrics about the communication's performance.

  • Number of executions: The total number of times the automatic communication has run.

  • People participating / People excluded: The total count of people included in or excluded from the communication's audience.

  • Communication processed / Sent communications: The number of messages that have been processed and successfully sent.

  • Communications to send / Failed communications: The number of messages pending dispatch and the number that failed to send.

3. Testing and Verification

This section provides tools to test the configuration against a specific individual.

  • Search: An input field to search for a specific recipient to test applicability.

  • Check applicability: A checkbox to enable the applicability test function.

  • Test result: A read-only field that displays the outcome of the applicability test for the searched recipient.
