Email Addresses
This section contains the list of email addresses that can be used as senders for communications.
These entities are selected during a communication's content configuration to define the "From" address from which the message will be sent.
How to Create and Edit an Email Address
From the Reference Data > Email Addresses List in the Back Office (BO), a list of all Email Addresses can be accessed.

To create a new one, select the Email Address . Create option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.
The following screen will be displayed:

Email: A text field for the sender's email address.
Description: A text field for an internal description of the email addresses purpose.
Active: A checkbox to set the email address as active. Inactive addresses cannot be used for sending communications.
1. Custom Headers
This section is used to add custom headers to emails sent from this address. Custom headers are additional lines in the message's technical header used to include extra, non-standard information for tracking, routing, or integration purposes.
Key: The name of the custom header field (e.g., X-Mailer-ID).
Value: The value associated with the corresponding key.
The following steps should be followed to edit an Email Address

Select a row and press Email Addresses . View
Click on Edit Email Address
