Mobile App Setting
This control panel is used to manage the configuration settings for the Thalamus mobile app.
How to Create and Edit a Mobile App Setting
From the Configuration > Mobile App Settings in the Back Office (BO), a list of all mobile app settings can be accessed.

To create a new one, select the Mobile App Settings . Create option located in the RELATED TASKS section on the right side of the screen.
The following screen will be displayed:


1. Touchpoint This section defines the primary touchpoint for the configuration.
Touchpoint: A mandatory dropdown menu to select the primary touchpoint that these mobile app settings will apply to.
2. Select the Title and Subtitle to display in the Point of Sales list This section defines which fields are used as the main identifiers for a Point of Sale in a list view.
Title: A mandatory dropdown to select the data field to be used as the main title for each PoS in a list.
Subtitle: A mandatory dropdown to select the data field to be used as the subtitle.
3. Select the fields to display in the Point of Sales summary This section configures the fields that appear in the summary view of a Point of Sale.
Field / Label / Editable: A set of rows to define the summary layout. For each row, a Field is selected from the dropdown, a display Label is provided, and the Editable checkbox can be selected to allow users to edit the field from the summary.
HTML Summary HTML Summary: A text area for custom HTML to be used in the PoS summary.
4. Select the fields to display in the Point of Sales Contacts Creation Form This section configures the fields that appear on the form for creating new PoS contacts within the app.
Field / Label: A set of rows to define the creation form. A Field is selected, a display Label is provided.
5. Select the available touchpoints to register parties from the App Allow access to touchpoints : A checkbox to select the available touchpoints for registering new parties from the mobile app.
6. Filters of vendor route data for synchronization speedup Filter POS party references: A checkbox to enable filters on vendor route data, intended to speed up data synchronization.
The following steps should be followed to edit a Mobile App Setting.
Configuration - Mobile App Setting
Select a row and press Mobile App Settings . View
Click on Mobile App Settings . Edit
