Communication Properties
This page is a central control panel for managing the system's global communication sending settings. Key configurations include selecting the Sender Mode (between SandBox for testing and Production for live dispatches), configuring Email and SMS providers, defining whitelists for SandBox mode, and setting sending rate limits.

1. Sender Mode This section controls the global operational mode for all communications.
SandBox / Production: A single-choice option to set the system's behavior.
SandBox: A testing mode. When active, communications are not sent to the final recipients. Instead, emails and SMS messages are sent only to the whitelisted addresses and numbers defined in the SandBox sections.
Production: The live mode for sending real communications to the target audience.
2. SandBox Configuration When
Sender Mode is set to "SandBox," these sections are used to define the recipients for test communications.
Email SandBox:
Emails Allowed to Send: A list of email addresses that are whitelisted to receive emails sent from SandBox mode.
No Send Email: A checkbox to completely disable the sending of test emails.
SMS SandBox:
SMS Allowed to Send: A list of phone numbers that are whitelisted to receive SMS messages sent from SandBox mode.
No Send SMS: A checkbox to completely disable the sending of test SMS messages.
Provider Configuration These sections are used to assign the third-party services that will dispatch the communications.
Email Provider:A series of dropdown menus to configure primary and fallback email service providers. EmailProvider.default option sets the main provider to be used.
Sms Provider: This section is used to assign different SMS providers to specific countries. The "Configured providers" table displays the current associations.
Email Sending Rate Limit This section is used to control the volume of outgoing emails.
Email sending rate limit per hour (blank for unlimited): A set of numeric input fields for each email provider. The value entered determines the maximum number of emails that can be sent per hour for that provider. Leaving a field blank means there is no limit.
