Email

When the 'content configuration' link is clicked, the following screen is displayed:

1. Email Header

• From: A dropdown menu to select the sender profile.

• Subject: A text input field for the email's subject line.

2. Email Body

• HTML Body: A text area for the HTML version of the email content. This allows for rich formatting, including images, links, and stylized text.

• Body: A text area for the plain-text version of the email. This content is displayed in email clients that do not support or have disabled HTML rendering.
